We offer four types of email account, each with a different set of features. To determine which you have, please log in to webmail and look at the tabs across the top.
- If you have tabs in webmail for Mail and Contacts and Preferences, your account is Business Email
- If you have tabs in webmail for Mail and Contacts and Calendar and Preferences, your account is Business Email Plus
- If you have tabs in webmail for Mail and Contacts and Calendar and Tasks and Briefcase and Preferences, your account is Standard Collaboration or Professional Collaboration
- Select the Preferences tab. If you see Mobile Devices in the list on the left, your account is Professional Collaboration
