You can set up an account in the Outlook App on Android using the following steps:
Open the Android Setting icon from the Home screen.
Select Accounts from the settings options.
Select Add Account, then select Outlook.
Enter the email address where prompted and tap Continue.
The Outlook app may do 2 things here, if Outlook waits a moment and then gives you an option to Set Up the Account Manually, tap on that button. If instead it presents you with a page of account settings that says "Connect Exchange" at the top, tap on the ? icon at the top right, then tap on Change Account Provider.
Either way you should be at the Choose Account Type. Select either IMAP or POP depending on your preference. If you are not sure which to select, we generally recommend IMAP, but you can take a look at the differences here: https://my.prxy.com/knowledgebase/9/IMAP-or-POP3.html
Tap on the Advanced Settings slider at the bottom of the page, then enter the following settings:
Email Address: (should be filled in)
Display Name: (This will appear in the header of email you send)
Description: (This is the name of the account local to your phone, only you will see this)
IMAP Host Name: secure.prxy.com
IMAP Username: (Your full email address)
IMAP Password: (Your email password)
SMTP Host Name: secure.prxy.com
SMTP Username: (Your full email address)
SMTP Password: (Your email password)
Once you've entered this, tap on the check mark at the top right of the screen. Outlook will check the settings and if successful return you to the home screen. Now you can open the Outlook app and use it as normal.
