There are several options available for 2FA apps. We generally recommend using Authy, but any app that supports TOTP standards should work with our system. In this article we have listed a few of the options. If you are having trouble setting up your account with your preferred 2FA application, submit a ticket or contact us.
Please note that this article contains a variety of free and paid services.
Standalone 2FA Apps
Authy:
Authy is free, fast to set up and easy to use, and includes several recovery features to recover access in case you lose your phone or there is a problem authenticating. Authy is available for Android and iOS mobile devices, as well as desktop apps for Windows and MacOS.
Android: Play Store
iOS: App Store
Windows and MacOS: Download the app from https://authy.com/
Google Authenticator:
Google Authenticator is a no-frills app available for Android and iOS devices. It is very simple to set up, but does not offer as robust of recovery options. It also does not support icons for key entries, potentially making it difficult to find the correct key if you use it on many services.

iOS: App Store
Microsoft Authenticator
This offering from Microsoft can be integrated with a Microsoft account if desired. It is available on iOS, Android, and Windows, but unfortunately does not support backing up recovery codes from Android devices.
