This article will help you find email headers and provide them to support staff.
What are email headers?
Email headers are data records, in the form of lines of text, that are attached to an email as it is transferred between servers. These headers can be very useful for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with email.
Mobile Email Apps
Unfortunately, there is no way to view headers on most mobile email apps. To view the headers, you will need to log into your account using Webmail or your mail application on your computer.
