Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Macintosh
- Select menu "Tools" -> "Accounts..."
- Click on the "E-mail Account" icon
- Fill in your account information
- E-mail address: your full email address
- Passsword: your email password
- Username: your full email address, e.g. yourfullname@sample-email.com
- Type: you may use POP3 or IMAP (not sure which? see our "POP3 vs. IMAP" article)
- Incoming server: secure.prxy.com (default port is correct)
- check "Use SSL to connect
- Outgoing server: secure.prxy.com
- check "Override default port" and enter 465 next to the outgoing server name
- check "Use SSL to connect" - Click "Add Account
- In the Accounts window, click on "More options" under Outgoing server
- Select Authentication: [Use Incoming Server Info]
- Click "OK"
