Open the Windows mail app. You can find this by typing Mail into the search bar found by default at the bottom left of the screen.
Click on the three horizontal lines in the top left of the Mail window, then click on Accounts.
On the Right of the Mail window, you will see the Manage Accounts menu. Click on Add account.
Choose Other from the list of Account types.
Fill in the information using your full email address, the name you would like to appear in the header of sent messages, and your email password.
The App will fail to find the server settings. Keep clicking on Try Again until you get a screen with more account settings.
Use the following settings:
Email Address: Your Full email address, should automatically be filled in.
User Name: Type in your full email address again. This should match the Email address text box.
Password: Should be filled in from before as well.
Account name: Type your full email address in one more time, should again, match the Email address field.
Send your messages using this name: This field may have transferred over from the previous screen, but if not, enter the name you want to appear in sent message headers here.
Incoming email server: secure.prxy.com
Account type: We typically recommend IMAP here, see this article for the differences between the two protocols.
Outgoing SMTP email server: secure.prxy.com
Check the boxes that say Outgoing Server requires Authentication, Use same user name and password for sending email, Require SSL for incoming email, and require SSL for outgoing email.
Click Sign in. If you see the All done! message, the account setup was a success!
