In the Search bar next to the windows icon (at the bottom left of the screen by default) search for the Control panel, and open it.
Find the View by settings in the upper right of the Control panel window and make sure that it is set to either Large or Small Icons.
Find the Mail Icon in the list, and open it. Then click on Email Accounts. This will bring up a list of email accounts on the current profile. Click on the New button to open the old version of the Account Wizard.
You may see an option to select between an Email Account or Other. If that is the case, select email account and click next. If not, skip this step.
Choose Manual setup or additional server types, and click next.
Select the POP or IMAP option and click next.
Enter the following information:
Your Name: (This will show in the header of emails that you send.)
Email address: (full email address)
Account type: IMAP
Incoming Mail Server: secure.prxy.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): secure.prxy.com
Username: (Full email address again)
Password:
Then click on More settings. In the new window, open the Outgoing server settings tab and check the box for "My Outgoing server requires authentication." It should be set to "Use Same Settings as my incoming mail server"
Click on the Advanced tab and enter the following:
Incoming Server (IMAP): 993
Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL/TLS
Outgoing Server (SMTP): 465
Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL/TLS
Then click OK to close the More settings window. Click on Next, which will test the account settings. If there are no errors, your account will be connected and start to sync email.
