Some Outlook users configured with the ZCO have experienced sent emails are intermittently blank when using the recently updated Outlook build version 16.0.17029.20068 or later. They have reported resolution after reverting to version 16924.20150 which was released on November 14th.
There are two recommended actions. From Zimbra: The engineering team is still in the process of investigating and analyzing whether the issue is related to Microsoft Outlook or if there is another factor that can be addressed and fixed. For the time being, you can follow below two workarounds. 1) Advise the users to downgrade their Microsoft Outlook update, or 2) Switch off the autosave to draft feature.
